Bike also has the feature of the Polar OH1 heart rate monitor that syncs with the workouts. Users can see the heart rate levels on the screen during the workout or going for the ride. Starting the workout users are encouraged to take the zone ride, and the bike can determine the fitness level. Users also have the option of sync with the Apple Watch. No instructions found for syncing the monitor with the bike, and users can’t actually sync it with the open fit app.
First you sync the monitor through Bluetooth with the popular app the device will sync with the bike. During the open fit classes the monitor does not sync and it let the users know on the screen. The bike is tested and all of its accessories for 2 months and it is not confirm that the bike was comfortable but it was ergonomically correct. On the bike the working out is solid workout but it’s a fantastic warm up to do before users start the classes. This is the perfect solution for those who don’t want to go for the gym and also wants the complete system at home.
