Snapchat has added an actual-time location-sharing function that lets friends and circle of relatives recognize where you are.

The feature is slowly being rolled out, so it cannot be live on everybody’s Snapchat account yet. Once it hits your Snapchat account, you’ll see a button below the Snap Map in your profile that says share My live location. To enable it, tap on share My location and choose the period you need to share your location, which ranges from 15 mins to 8 hours. Your live location fame will be visible in the chat window of the friend or family member of your choice.
This feature is the primary real-time location-sharing feature for Snapchat, which already offers the choice to allow users to see their friends’ location when they last used the app. It also arrives one month after Snapchat implemented the fast add feature as a safeguard against drug and pornography publicity to minors.
Snapchat has also introduced that users might be able to change their username. To do that, visit your profile screen by tapping the Bitmoji icon at the top-right corner of the display screen. From there, tap Settings, then pick a username and eventually change the username. Converting your username will no longer affect your contacts, your Snap Code, or your memories.
